Reduce the amount of various waste generated, reinforce the recycling of waste
Measures for a reduction in waste air pollutants:
① A cyclone dust collector or bag filter is used to remove particulates.
② The Company uses adsorption-desorption catalytic combustion equipment to dispose of non-methane hydrocarbons.
③ An alkali spray tower is used to neutralize hydrogen chloride.
④ For a small amount of dust generated by feeding during the production, the special closed multi-stage collection system is used to collect recoverable dust, and fugitive dust is effectively eliminated.
⑤ For the ammonia-containing waste gas produced in the APT calcination section, the Company's proprietary technology is used to decompose and burn the waste gas and then convert it into nitrogen and water.
⑥ For the organic waste gas produced during the sintering process, the method of adsorption concentration + catalytic combustion to dispose of the waste gas until it reaches the standard, and then it can be discharged.
⑦ For the waste gas caused by degreasing and vacuum sintering, a foreign advanced sintering machine system is used, and the equipment is designed with a paraffin condensation recovery system, so this system can dispose of the waste gas through condensation recovery + roof-mounted axial fan.
⑧ The tail gas caused by methanol synthesis is conveyed to a heat conduction oil heater and then is discharged together with the heater's flue gas. ⑨ For the waste gas produced by the heat conduction oil heater using natural gas for combustion, a 15m-high exhaust funnel is used to discharge it.
Wastewater emission measures :
① Domestic sewage is directly discharged from offices and workshops into a septic tank which is regularly cleaned. Domestic sewage is discharged into a septic tank and then into a wastewater treatment station, and then domestic swage and industrial sewage are treated in the wastewater treatment station and then discharged after they reach the standard.
② Production wastewater (washing wastewater, coating wastewater, etc.) is treated in a wastewater treatment station and then discharged into the municipal sewer network after reaching the standard.
④ For the cooling circulating water from reducing furnaces, carbon tube furnaces, and other equipment, part of the cooling water is discharged regularly to maintain the balance of salt content in circulating water. This part of the water is thermally polluted (i.e. clear water with a temperature higher than room temperature water), which contains no wastewater pollutants and can be directly discharged into the stormwater network.
