With the continuous development of the industrial manufacturing field, the cutting tool demands are increasingly personalized and complex. To adapt to changes in market and meet customer requirements, GESAC established the Tool Solution Service Project Team and Solution Service Center to provide users with overall and professional solutions and offer technical support in all respects.

Tool Solution Service Project Team

The Tool Solution Service Project Team organizes highly-skilled and experienced engineers of GESAC to customize efficient and reliable machining solutions based on user requirements and provide partners with machine supporting items, project tender and bidding, and tool turnkey projects.

We cooperate with machine tool manufacturers to customize parts and components machining schemes and supply a complete set of tools. We are committed to providing technical support and process optimization services, and ensuring the optimal matching of tools and machines to achieve excellent machining effects, make our customers worry-free, and realize cost reduction and efficiency increase.

Solution Service Center

Chengdu Solution Service Center is an in-depth university-enterprise cooperation platform jointly established by GESAC and Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic, mainly responsible for the work related to solutions, technical service, talent fostering, brand promotion, performance evaluation, supporting service, etc.

Intelligent warehousing and accelerated delivery

Our warehouse intelligent warehousing with an intelligent warehousing system and stereoscopic warehouses. Now more than 17,000 regular part numbers are available. A total of 6.34 million pieces are in stock, with an in-stock rate of over 90%, so as to achieve accelerated delivery of products for users.

Grinding service

GESAC established 4 local YOULU service centers located in south, east, west and north of China, that have the comprehensive ability of grinding, sample making, and production of non-standard tools so that we can provide our local users with services quickly. In the future, we will establish more grinding centers around the world to quickly respond to the needs of global users.

Training &Technical support

We regularly carry out relevant training and seminars on machining technologies. And we also offer online courses and webinars. The training program covers the functions, applications and benifits of new cutting tools, the development trend of cutting materials, the trend and application of cutting technology, etc. Our other strength is to provide continuous customer technical support.Including but not limited to providing the selection of appropriate cutting tools suggestion, optimizing machine processing data, applying technology and programming, and sharing successful cases.
