Dense Flutes Endmills of ST300 Series

The all-new ST300 titanium alloy high-performance end mill can significantly improve the processing efficiency of titanium alloy. In order to meet different working conditions, three types of cutting tools have been released: 4-blade flat head, 4-blade rounded head, and 5-blade rounded head. There are 7 models and 325 specifications, with the following design features:

 Shoulder Milling ADGT Series

The ADGT shoulder milling insert is mainly used for semi precision machining and precision machining of aviation titanium alloy structural parts, which can significantly improve the accuracy of machining perpendicularity and the surface quality of bottom machining. The specifications include AD10/12/18, with complete fillet settings and three types of tool body forms: core shaft, cylindrical straight shank, and replaceable tool heads. It meets the requirements of face milling, cavity milling, side milling, and plunging, and has the following design characteristics:

High Feed SOE(M)T Series

The SOE (M) T high feed milling insert is mainly used for rough machining of aviation titanium alloy structural components. There are two types of inserts, SO09/12, which are equipped with SM universal groove type and ST groove milling special groove type, respectively. The SM groove type is synchronously equipped with precision grade SOET, and both groove types are equipped with three types of cutter body forms: core shaft type, cylindrical straight shank type, and replaceable cutter head, which can achieve full coverage of fast feed working conditions and meet the processing conditions of face milling, cavity milling, slot milling, slope milling,etc., with the following design characteristics:
