The manufacturing materials of train wheels are cast steel, forged steel, etc., and the material grades are mainly AAR-B/AAR-C, ER7, CL65/CL70 and so on. This case is a train spoke plate processing case in the rail transit industry. The processing difficulties are as follows:

• The white surface quality of the train wheel blank is poor, there are many hard points in the oxide skin, and the processing allowance is uneven;

• The rigidity of the on-site machine tool is poor, the ratio is adjusted in real time according to the processing situation, the feed changes are large, and the wear resistance of the tool is high.

Under the same test conditions, the average number of workpiece processed by our tools is equivalent to that of imported brands.

Case2：Train wheel repair round processing

This case is the rail transit industry train wheel repair round processing. The processing difficulties are as follows:
