Heavy turning holder is mainly used for processing with large cutting depth of large-sized components, internal cooling holder is mainly employed in machine tools requiring high precision, demanding tool life, and efficient chip evacuation.
- P-type: Lever type clamping, include 128 specifications, the shank dimension cover from 20*20 to 50*50.\
- Type D high pressure internal cooling: Include 16 specifications, cover C/D/V/W type commonly cutting edge angle, the shank dimension cover from 20*20 to 50*50.
- Type S internal cooling for inner hole: The steel holder includes 50 specifications, cover the range of φ8~φ25; The cemented carbide holder includes 18 specifications, cover a range of φ8~φ25.
- Type P: Applied to heavy turning, without pressure plate structure, avoid resulting in frequent replacement of the pressure plate, clamping force is large, allowing the tool to be adjusted during processing to adapt to different processing requirements.
- Type D high pressure internal cooling: Mainly through the pressure plate to transfer the coolant to the relief side of inserts, the pressure reached 10bar-130bar.
- Type S internal cooling for inner hole: Screw clamping, through the precise delivery of coolant, improve tool life, the overhang > 4dm by steel holder, the overhang > 6dm by carbided holder.
Broaching tools are mainly used for batch processing round holes, splines, keyways, forming surfaces, etc., with high production efficiency.
