XDHT Series Positive 2 Edges Aluminum Alloy Machining Shoulder Milling

Mainly used for rough and precision machining of aluminum alloys, widely used in automotive components such as motor housings, reducer housings, sub frames, and pull rods. It is also widely used in the processing of aviation aluminum alloy parts. Its processing forms include: shouldering, facing, slotting, and cavity milling; Suitable for processing with small  cutting depth, large cutting width, and high feed, ensuring efficiency while producing excellent surface quality. GT Series for Groove & Part off

The GT double head grooving & parting off series newly launched by GESAC is widely used in automotive components such as shaft teeth, turbine housings, pulleys, and casings. It covers four machining forms: cutting, grooving, turning, and profiling, with a total of 11 geometries. The edge width ranges from 1.5mm to 8mm. The GT series  adopts a new positioning method, which greatly reduces the blade offset and torsion of horizontal turning and vertical grooving, and can achieve high stability machining.
