Roughing of Progressive Mold Profiles

Progressive Mold Profile Finishing

For the finishing of the bottom surface of the cavity of the progressive mold, the required finish in Ra0.2-0.4, the customer's original program using a flat-bottomed cutter light cutter, in order to prevent the tip of the knife chipping, can only reduce the feed, need to be processed 4 times in order to ensure that the finish is up to standard.
