Case1:Connecting beam machining

The material of the hanging rear beam is titanium alloy TA15, with a hardness of 350HB. The length of the workpiece is relatively long, and there is significant vibration during the processing of the belly plate, which has a high requirement for the anti collapse performance of the cutting tool. In order to meet the efficient processing requirements under different working conditions, GESAC selected LNMX blades for processing testing.
Using the processing parameters of N= 800rev/min, F= 2500mm/min, ap=0.8mm, ae=20mm, the processing time of our cutter is 60min while the service life of our competitor is only 40min.As a result,our product is significantly better than that of competitor.

Case2:Steel component sidewall machining

The material of the test workpiece is steel 40Cr, with a hardness of 30HRC. The customer is currently using cutting tools with high processing costs and requires a low cost reduction while meeting process requirements. GESAC uses LNMX blades for processing testing.
The machining parameters of N=3200rev/min, F=3000mm/min, ap=0.7mm, ae=11mm are adopted. While meeting the customer's process requirements, Xiamen Golden Heron's LNMX tool machining life was increased by 25% compared to competitors, and tool costs were also reduced.

Case3:Shell activity processing

The material of the workpiece is invar alloy 4J32A, and the blank is a solid forged square. After processing, it is a thin shell part with a large machining allowance. Hope to improve processing efficiency.
After multiple parameter adjustments by application engineers, using processing parameters of N=550rev/min, F=3500mm/min, ap=0.5mm, ae=40mm, the GM4240 grade processing time reaches 90 minutes, which is more than twice the lifespan of competitors and improves processing efficiency by 75%.
