From 29th to 31st May, Xiamen GESAC Level 1 Application Technology Training Course (the first phase of 2024) was successfully held in Xiamen GESAC Tong'an Precision Cutting Tools Industrial Park, which was attended by nearly 40 distributors' staffs from various sales regions in China.
The main course of this training was the basics of turning, milling and drilling machining, and the team of lecturers were technical elites from the Product Development Department and the Tool Technology Marketing Department.
Before the official training, the training leader organised a team ice-breaking activity for all participants to help participants from all over the country to get to know each other and build up friendship and team spirit.
During the training process, the instructor team focuses on interactive communication with the students, using vivid and imaginative teaching methods to explain complex concepts and techniques in a clear and easy-to-understand manner, so that the students can easily absorb and apply them.
At the end of the three-day intensive training, four outstanding trainees, one best trainee and one outstanding team were selected through a comprehensive assessment.
At the closing ceremony, the tool technology marketing manager Fan Yaodeng made a concluding speech: through the continuous development of the dealer staff cutting tool products and application technology training, not only for the dealer partners to build cutting tool knowledge learning platform, but also for the dealer partners from all over the country to build a platform for communication with each other, but also for the dealer partners to create an in-depth understanding of the Xiamen GESAC opportunity. The training not only helps the dealer team to grow quickly and master the necessary skills in the process of customer development, but also allows partners to understand more about Xiamen GESAC's R&D and production process of cutting tools, which improves the efficiency of communication and the accuracy of information transfer between the two parties in the subsequent development and production of products.
Although the first phase of training in 2024 has come to an end, but it is not the end, but a new starting point, Xiamen GESAC will continue to carry out cutting tool products and application technology training activities for partners, and on the basis of the existing course system to expand the new form and content of training to strengthen the application of practical training as a guide to join hands with distributors and partners to make progress, and collaborate with end-users to provide better service!
