01 Application
PART/1 Lamp mold surface finishing
In the finishing process of the lamp mold surface, the material is 718 H, the hardness is 35-40HRC, the precision and surface finish of the mold products are required to be high, and the finishing tool is required to reach the continuous and stable machining time of 8H. Up 300 series high-precision R4ball end milling cutter is recommended for import brand replacement test, which is recognized by customers for tool processing life, die product dimension accuracy and surface finish, thus realizing import brand replacement.
